With GHCU’s free online bill pay, there’s no writing checks, addressing envelopes or searching for stamps; no worry that identity thieves will steal bills or checks from your mailbox; no concern that payments will be late. Paying bills online is faster, safer, easier and environmentally friendly.

eStatements are the best way to get your GHCU account statements. With eStatements, you receive an email each time a statement is ready with a link to our SECURE website where you can download or view your statement. There are lots of advantages to opting for eStatements:

• It’s safer. There’s no paper statement for identity thieves to find in your mailbox or recycling bin.
• It’s greener. No paper, no waste.
• It’s more convenient. Do you need to look for an old statement? Just click in, log on and search your old statements.
• It’s faster. You’ll get your eStatements much sooner than the paper version.
• It’s easier on you. Instead of filing paper statements all over your house, you can just access them on your computer.

To sign up for eStatements, login to online banking and click on the eStatements button. If you’re not set up for online banking, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to our homepage, and look for the gold box on the upper right-hand side.
   
   
2. For your first login, enter your member number and the last 4 digits of your social security number as your password. Then click the “Go!” button.
   
   
3. First you’ll see our Online Banking Agreement. Read this carefully, and if it seems OK to you, click “Accept.”
   
   
4. Now you’ll want to change your password to something only you know. Enter again the last 4 digits of your social security number as your “current password.” Now choose a password that has at least four and no more than 20 characters. Use a mix of letters and numbers for greater security. Type the same “new” password in twice.
   
   
5. Check your accounts! You can look at whatever period of time you need by simply changing the dates.
   
   
6. Don’t forget to click “Sign off” when you’re finished, even if you’re at home. It’s just safer that way.
